These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of invodash.app (the "Service"), operated by SYNCWAVE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 100 Bishopsgate, London, United Kingdom ("invodash", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

invodash is an online tool that lets you create commercial invoices and export them as PDF files. Invoice drafts are stored in your own browser.

Accounts

To access paid features you create an account using your email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Plans, pricing, and billing

We offer the following plans:

• Pay as you go: a one-time purchase of 0.99 USD that unlocks the export of a single invoice.
• Weekly plan: 4.99 USD, billed every week. This is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each week until you cancel.
• Monthly plan: 28.80 USD, billed every month. This is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel.

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider. Recurring subscriptions continue, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period and does not renew after that. A one-time purchase is single use and does not renew.

Refunds

One-time purchases and subscription charges are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, not to create fraudulent or misleading invoices, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design and software, is owned by us and our licensors. The invoices and content you create are yours.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. invodash is a document tool and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
