invodash ("invodash", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by SYNCWAVE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 100 Bishopsgate, London, United Kingdom. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use invodash.app (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information: when you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We use Supabase to provide authentication.
  • Invoice content: the invoices you create (names, addresses, line items, and amounts) are stored locally in your own web browser using localStorage. This invoice content stays on your device and is not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store your full card details. We receive only the limited confirmation data needed to grant access to paid features.
  • Usage and technical data: we may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, and general usage events, which help us keep the Service secure and working correctly.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and maintain the Service, to authenticate your account, to grant access to features you have paid for, to provide support, and to protect against fraud and abuse.

Sharing with third parties

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, including Supabase (authentication and backend) and our payment provider (payment processing). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Because invoice content is stored in your browser, you can remove it at any time by clearing the relevant browser storage. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Cookies and local storage

We use localStorage and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to store your invoice drafts on your device. These are necessary for the Service to function.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above.
